“Rebecca gives clear directions, she’s funny, encouraging, and challenging, and her classes are a creative blend of familiar poses and new twists to keep things interesting. Best of all, she is inspiring.”
— Karin S., Seattle

I help students connect with their natural kinesthetic intelligence, so alignment cues become more fully embodied – more than just ideas – even when the teacher's not there.

I encourage small changes that meet students where they are: from basic, doable, musculoskeletal alignment for beginners to more subtle adjustments to energy lines, energy quality, and habits of mind down the road.

I seek to support what's working – to encourage people to feel more agency, self-esteem, and confidence in their bodies – as well as challenge students to explore their growth edges.
