Private yoga lessons: your home, your convenience

Personal yoga sessions in your home help you improve more safely and quickly, with the kind of personal attention and alignment adjustments that can't be covered in group classes. Private yoga sessions are just that: private. You may prefer to learn (and wear yoga clothes) in the privacy of your own home by yourself, with a spouse or other family member, or a few close friends. My specialty is creating a safe space where you can try new things, feel at ease, and find a sense of mastery, insight, and fun.

Whether it's your first personal yoga session or you've been practicing for years, I can meet you where you are today, with breathing, alignment, and somatic awareness techniques for your own sports and work history, injuries or illness, postural patterns, and personal goals. My passion is helping resolve restricted patterns and imbalance in your neuromyofascial net so you feel more comfort, ease, and centered power. I can also help you identify and resolve habits of mind that show up in your practice that no longer serve you.
