After an extremely tough morning of meetings at our offsite, our international team needed a break to change the tempo in the room and refocus and rebuild their energy for the rest of the day.
Rebecca was just the burst we needed. No yoga studio, no equipment, just enough space to move so it was simple to set up – and the impact was immediate.
