Group classes: Vinyasa to Yin

I've taught yoga and mindfulness – from Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga for Athletes to Yin – on both coasts since 2001. I've taught people aged 4 to 94. Athletes to people with chronic medical conditions. Giggling tweens to Boomer Weekend Warriors to people with significant mobility issues. With over two decades of experience as a yoga and movement teacher, I can safely, sensitively, and creatively adapt yoga for a wide variety of groups for an experience of empowerment and embodied joy.

Yoga + Mindfulness Workshops

I offer yoga and mindfulness workshops in a range of topics, including Power Yoga for Athletes, Yoga + Mindfulness for Women's Health, Yin Yoga for Fascial Release, Yoga for Back Care, and other themes. Workshops can happen anywhere: your community center, church, book group, birthday gathering, family reunion – or even wedding party.
